I want to underline a big problem with noble people, because Democratic Governments have invented some fantaisist laws pretending to rule Nobility Phenomenon in a Democratic Way, with
1978 law (art 14 of the constitution that indicates that Spanish people are equal and no discrimination is allowed by religion, sex, political ideas, colour of skin, Social origin and others, with this article Nobility Condition is abolished and not recognised by Spanish revolutionnary State
1980 Law permitting to any people to alter the order of his surname putting in first place the surname of the mother
1987 Law inventig a capricious system indicating that only the head of Spanish State can allow to the members of his family in male or female line to use old dignities belonging only to the Royal family like the title of Infant of Spain with the consideration of an Royal Highness but without obeing rules of Sovereign Monarchy and indicating too that the consort of his son can use the Royal Title of Princess of Asturias (created in 1381 by the King Juan I of Castille for the heirs of the Crown of Castille and León by the Grace of God) and styled Royal Highness EVEN IF THIS PERSON NO BELONGS TO ROYALTY BY BLOOD
1988 Law that indicates that if people with titles don´t recognise the power of Constitution and democratic rules so they loose them and they have to regulate this during a short time (40 years before 1988) if not Spanish State will cancel Nobility Title.
2006 Law wich indicate that Spanish democratic State will recognise Females rights to inherit the inmaterial honorific nobility title if female is the eldest of the children of a titled gentleman, rejecting historic traditionnal rules in favour of males.
So in a legal way of this democratic an revolutionnary State born in 1978, a female inherit a Nobility title from his father if she is the eldest, she can marry a commoner without any problem, because their children, in this case the eldest will be recognised as the heir from his mother an in a first generation a non noble person is using a Nobility title with the agreement of the Spanish Democratic State and this commoner can marry another commoner and in the second generation a person who has no links with nobility uses a dignity of another political regime as the opposite of Democratie, and besides their « Heir « can perfectly marry a negroe person, a chinese person, an Indian person and legally a black man for example or an arab man with commoner spanish ancestors ancestors and having no religion or being animist or boudhist or not having any faith is recognized His excellence The Duke of ………, and etc.
We don´t have to forget that another law approoved by Democratic Revolutionnary Spanish State is that homosexual relations are allowed and are recognised legally as legal marriages as equal as a relation betwen a man with a woman by law approved in 2005, so it is perfectly possible that a « heir « according to revolutionnary rules for example an Indian comonner muslim who is homosexual marry legally another man for example an australian aborigin who is perfectly according to revolutionnary rules His Excelence the Duke of ………, husband or consort I don´t know how to treat those persons as two husbands or two wifes, this is not regulated so they can be husband or wife changing this condition when they want i suppose.
And continuing with the numerous possibilities this homosexual multiratial couple of two husbands and dukes both can perfectly have an adoptive son man or female and the puzzle continues in this mad confusing crazy situation.
So what could we do with those Noble people who began to obey those fantaisists laws who violate absolutely the essence of the concept of Traditionnal Spanish Nobility:
(as a part of the society that in virtue of their blood and marriages in the same sotial estament try to live according to their Catholic faith , respecting the moral authority of the Roman Pope, maintaining the surname of the lignage making hard efforts to preserve the traditionnal succession in male line by legitimate marriages in Catholic faith as a form or a manner of respect to the honour of the family and of the first member of this lignage who obtained the Nobility title being distinguished by a Sovereigne king by the Grace of God because this Noble Warrior has shown his fidelity to the legitimate Sovereign King in a famous battle for example in XV Century when in peace those people try to preserve a traditionnal way of life conserving their Castles or their Estately homes and their artistic patrimony as a way not to forget Historical legacy of the Country that their ancestors have built with their effort and with their life in numerous cases).
It is obvious that this situation is the normal consequence of the act of the will in obeing these laws approoved by Revolutionnary Democratic Spanish State in order to elimine and destroy definitaly an orguelious part of the society which remind glorious periods of the history of the Country, and our first duty is to preserve our identity and traditions because Noble person have been identified by The Supreme authority of the Holy See as « GENUS ELECTUM « in words of Benedictus XV, and the responsible part of society to preserve moral traditions in words of Pius XII.
And authentic Nobles have the obligation to protect the legitimate Royal family too and to recognize them as the top of the social pyramide as the model to imitate in their behaviour being loyal and showing fidelity and respect to the head of The Royal Sovereign Royal House in order to create a perfect Communion of thoughs and ideals, and in this area authentic members of Nobility have the duty to identifie the false nobles rejecting them and not recognising the titles and honours they use according anarchic laws in that field of course and besides a list has to be made indicating titles and Noble families extinguished and disappeared according traditionnal rules.
It could be really necessary to create an organisation, in a private field receiving authentic Nobles (from male line) titled and not titled and only Noble Knights of the Chivalric European Orders recognised by the Holy See, in order to protect our interests and identity obeing only Statute Traditionnal Law of Spanish Sovereign Monarchy.
Of course this Association must be leaded by Council integrating dukes and other grandees of Spain belonging to the « ANCIEN REGIME, « because as I have underline before, only Nobilary dignities and honours before 1833 are recognised as legitimate and after this date only titles created or recognised by the sovereign Kings of Spain Dei Gratia (Carlist Dinasty in XIX, XX and XXI Centuries) are legitimate and real Nobility titles.
Because dignities created by the Constitutionnalist Liberal Regime of XIX and XX Century are false because at the same time ther was a sovereign King by the Grace of God in Spain, nor facist distinctions of Mr. franco Regime because they are all false, as the same as dignities pretending to be Nobility titles of the second fascist dictature since 1975 till 1978, they are all false as the distinctions to non noble persons or comonners granted by a democracy which represents the summun of madness, all that is not admissible is false and not represent anything else as corruption and anarchy.
